Non-Mains Sewerage Information Requirements
Proposals for non-mains sewerage must provide sufficient information to allow proper assessment, with only exceptional circumstances permitted in identified pollution risk areas.
The Council will require development proposals to be supported by sufficient information on the means of sewerage to allow a proper assessment of such proposals to be made. In those areas identified as having a pollution risk, development proposals relying on non-mains sewerage will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances.
