Development Relying on Non-Mains Sewerage
Development using non-mains sewerage systems is only supported where it will not create or add to pollution problems, with stricter controls in identified pollution risk areas.
The Council will only support development proposals relying on non-mains sewerage, where it can be demonstrated that this will not create or add to a pollution problem.
