Assessment of Waste Water Treatment Works Proposals
The Council will consider relevant policies and guidance from Northern Ireland Water when assessing development proposals near waste water treatment works.
In assessing proposals the Council will also take into account the provisions of any relevant policy or guidance produced by Northern Ireland Water.
