Development in the Vicinity of Waste Water Treatment Works
Development near a Waste Water Treatment Works must not compromise site activities or cause loss of amenity from smell nuisance to occupants or users of the proposed development.
Proposals involving development within the vicinity of a Waste Water Treatment Works[7] will only be permitted where this will not compromise or unduly restrict activities at the site and it is demonstrated there will not be a resulting loss of amenity from smell nuisance to the occupants/users of the proposed new development.
