Submission of Consent to Discharge with planning application
If Consent for Discharge under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 has been granted for the development site, a copy must be submitted with the planning application.
If Consent for Discharge has been granted under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 for the proposed development site, a copy of this should be submitted to accompany the planning application.
