Requirement to Demonstrate No Existing Building Can Be Reused
Where permission is sought for a new building, applicants must satisfactorily demonstrate that renovation, alteration or redevelopment opportunities of existing buildings do not exist.
Where permission is sought for a new building, the applicant will be required to satisfactorily demonstrate that renovation, alteration or redevelopment opportunities do not exist.
