Siting Requirements for Residential Caravans and Mobile Homes
The siting of residential caravans or mobile homes must meet the same planning and environmental considerations as permanent dwellings. Permission depends on integrating the unit within an existing building group and screening it from public view. On farms, caravans must be visually linked or clustered with established building groups.

Permission will depend on the ability to integrate the unit within an existing building group and screen the unit from public view. Residential caravans or mobile homes on farms will be required to be visually linked or sited to cluster with an established group of buildings on the farm.
