Siting Requirements for Residential Caravans and Mobile Homes

The siting of residential caravans or mobile homes must meet the same planning and environmental considerations as permanent dwellings. Permission depends on integrating the unit within an existing building group and screening it from public view. On farms, caravans must be visually linked or clustered with established building groups.
