Applications for Social and Affordable Housing - Restrictions and Requirements
Applications for social and affordable housing must be from Registered Housing Associations and require demonstration that potential locations within settlement limits have been explored and no suitable sites are available.
Applications for social and affordable housing groups will be restricted to Registered Housing Associations. Such proposals will need to be accompanied by information demonstrating that the potential to locate the necessary housing within settlement limits has been explored, and that no suitable sites are available.
