Assessment of AONB Development Proposals
In assessing proposals within Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, account will be taken of Landscape Character Assessments, countryside assessments, AONB Management Plans, and local design guides to evaluate the proposal's sensitivity to the area's distinctive character and quality.
In assessing proposals account will be taken of the Landscape Character Assessments and any other published guidance such as countryside assessments produced as part of the development plan process, as well as AONB Management Plans and local design guides.
