Material considerations for biodiversity management
Habitats, species and natural heritage features are material considerations in the determination of planning applications to ensure international and domestic responsibilities and environmental commitments for biodiversity management and conservation are met.
To ensure international and domestic responsibilities and environmental commitments with respect to the management and conservation of biodiversity are met, the habitats, species and features mentioned above are material considerations in the determination of planning applications.
