Prevention of Clutter from Similar Advertisements

When considering advertisement proposals, the planning authority will take account of the number of similar proposals and existing advertisements with consent in the vicinity to prevent visual clutter.

To prevent clutter, account will be taken of the number of similar proposals located within the vicinity of the site and others that have the benefit of advertisement consent.
