Definition of Amenity
Amenity in relation to advertisements means the effect on the appearance of the building or structure, its immediate neighbourhood, or its impact on long distance views.
In relation to advertisements the term amenity is usually understood to mean its effect upon the appearance of the building or structure or the immediate neighbourhood where it is displayed, or its impact over long distance views.
