Exempt Advertisement Categories
Certain types of advertisement are exempt from Department control if specified conditions are met, including election posters and most non-illuminated advertisements displayed inside shops.
Under the Regulations some types of advertisement are exempt from control by the Department provided certain conditions are met. Examples include election posters and most non-illuminated advertisements displayed inside shops.
