Self-catering unit definition exclusion
Caravans are excluded from the definition of self-catering units for the purposes of PPS 16 Policy TSM 6, even though they are included in the Tourism Order's definition.
The Tourism Order defines a self catering unit as including "houses, cottages, apartments or rooms, bungalows, chalets, cabins and caravans". For the purposes of PPS 16, Policy TSM 6 excludes caravans.
