Park and Ride and Park and Share Facilities
The Council will support further proposals for Park and Ride and Park and Share facilities at key locations, recognising their success in encouraging modal shift away from private vehicles to public transport.
The success of Park and Ride schemes in the Borough, has contributed significantly to the modal shift of getting people out of their cars and onto public transport. The Council will therefore support further proposals for Park and Ride and Park and Share facilities at key locations.
