Evidence requirements for exceptional countryside tourism proposals
Applicants must provide evidence demonstrating visitor numbers benefit, financial viability with funding sources, site justification with design details, and a sustainable benefit statement.
All such proposals in the countryside to be considered under exceptional circumstances will be subject to consultation with the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and the relevant local council or council grouping concerned with tourism development in the general locality.
