Access and Parking
All new development must provide safe access arrangements that do not significantly inhibit traffic flow, with sufficient car and cycle parking provided, and restricted access to Protected Routes identified by DfI.
The Council will seek to ensure that all new development provides safe access arrangements that will not significantly inhibit the free flow of traffic and that sufficient car and cycle parking is provided. Access onto the network of Protected Routes identified by DfI will be restricted in accordance with Policy DM 11.
