Presumption Against Development Prejudicing Transport Schemes
The Council will not support development that would prevent the implementation of new transport schemes identified in the Local Policies Plan or DfI Transport Plans for the Borough.
The Council will operate a presumption against development that would prejudice the implementation of any new transport scheme identified in the Local Policies Plan or the Transport Plans being prepared by DfI for the Borough.
