Cost Implications for Reservoir Development

New development may require structural improvements to reservoirs; costs for such works and ongoing maintenance are private matters between the developer and reservoir manager.

New development will have cost implications for the reservoir manager and the developer where structural improvement works are required to bring the impounding structure to the required standard. There are also likely to be ongoing maintenance costs to be borne by one or both parties. The funding of such costs is a private matter between the developer and the reservoir manager.
