Major tourism development in countryside
The Council will support major tourism developments requiring a countryside location where they demonstrate exceptional benefit to the Borough's tourism industry and deliver local sustainability benefits.
The Council will also support a proposal for a major tourism development that requires a countryside location due to its size or site-specific or functional requirements, where it is demonstrated that it will be of exceptional benefit to our Borough's tourism industry and will deliver local sustainability benefits.
