Holiday accommodation retention condition
Holiday accommodation developments must be retained for holiday purposes and not converted to permanent residences, with conditions attached to planning permissions to control this.
Developments built as holiday accommodation should be retained for that purpose and not become permanent residences. Accordingly, conditions will be attached to planning permissions to control this matter.
