Exceptions to Flood Plain Development Policy - Agricultural and Utility Infrastructure
Agricultural use, transport, and utilities infrastructure that must be operationally located within the flood plain may be permitted as an exception.
Development for agricultural use, transport and utilities infrastructure, which for operational reasons has to be located within the flood plain.
