Exceptions to Flood Plain Development Policy - Replacement Buildings
Replacement of existing buildings may be permitted in flood plains, but proposals involving essential infrastructure, vulnerable group accommodation, or significant intensification of use are not acceptable.

• Proposals that include essential infrastructure or bespoke accommodation for vulnerable groups or that involve significant intensification of use will not be acceptable.
