Supersession and Precedence of PPS 15
The revised PPS 15 supersedes the June 2006 version and takes precedence over existing development plans regarding flood risk matters.
The policies of this Statement will supersede the existing PPS 15, published in June 2006. The policies of this Statement will also take precedence over the provisions of existing development plans in relation to flood risk.
