Walking and Cycling Strategy Integration
Walking Action Plans and Cycling Strategies should inform the preparation of transport studies, which analyse major generators and attractors of walking and cycling journeys to identify desire lines for ongoing development of walking and cycling infrastructure.
The Walking Action Plan and the Cycling Strategy will help inform the preparation of transport studies in support of transport plans and development plans. The transport study will analyse the major generators and attractors of walking and cycling journeys and identify "desire lines", which should form the basis for the ongoing development of walking and cycling infrastructure.
