Continued application of legacy plans during transition
Until the Council's Local Policies Plan is adopted and sets settlement limits, designations and zonings, the current legacy plans will continue to apply in decision-making.
Until such times as the Council's Local Policies Plan identifies the boundaries of settlement limits, local designations and zonings, the provisions of the current legacy plans will continue to apply in the decision making process.
