Walking and Cycling as Integrated Transport Components

Walking and cycling are core components of integrated transport that can reduce reliance on other transport modes, particularly in urban areas, and offer environmental and health benefits.

Walking and cycling are core components of an integrated transport approach and have considerable potential to reduce reliance on other forms of transport, particularly within urban areas.
