Flexibility for Community, Education and Healthcare Facilities
The Council will apply flexibility when considering community, education and healthcare facilities to ensure they are located where easily accessible to the communities they serve, departing from the standard sequential test.
The Council will however, apply flexibility in considering proposals for community, education and healthcare facilities to ensure these are located where they are easily accessible to the communities that they are intended to serve.
