Assessing Development Land Accessibility
Transport studies should assess the extent to which potential development land is accessible by all modes of transport to inform land use allocation and identify key transportation requirements for major development sites.
The study should also provide the basis to determine the extent to which potential development land is accessible by all modes of transport. Thus, it will help inform the process of land use allocation in a development plan and assist in the identification of key transportation requirements for these and other major development sites.
