RTS Delivery Structures and Transport Plans
The RTS is implemented through three transport plans: the Regional Strategic Transport Network Transport Plan, the Belfast Metropolitan Transport Plan, and the Sub-Regional Transport Plan.
The RTS sets out the delivery structures and identifies the transport plans through which it will be implemented: the Regional Strategic Transport Network Transport Plan (RSTN TP); the Belfast Metropolitan Transport Plan (BMTP); and the Sub-Regional Transport Plan (SRTP).
