Housing Categories to be Considered in HNA
An HNA report must consider and assess nine specific housing categories including regeneration, social housing, affordable housing, empty homes, second homes, students, supported housing, and travellers.
The following housing categories require to be considered within the HNA report.
• Regeneration.
• Social Housing.
• Affordable Private Rented.
• Affordable Owner Occupied.
• Empty homes.
• Second homes.
• Students.
• Supported Housing Need.
• Travellers.
