Farm Diversification - Siting of New Buildings
New farm buildings should be sited to cluster with the existing farm group unless farm operation, environmental, or amenity reasons justify an alternative location.
New buildings should be sited to cluster with the existing farm group unless this would be prejudicial to the operation of the farm or there are sound environmental or amenity reasons to justify a suitable alternative site.
