Housing Needs Assessment Requirements
Development plans must include a summary of key housing findings and programmes identified by NIHE, highlighting the number, type, and location of required accommodation to meet identified need.
In particular, the number, type and location of the required accommodation will be highlighted to meet the need. This information will be taken into account in the preparation of the development plan.
