Housing Needs Assessment Categories
The NIHE monitors various housing categories including regeneration, social housing, affordable housing types, empty homes, student accommodation, supported housing, travellers accommodation, and second homes as part of regular data and trends review.
The NIHE will carry out regular monitoring and review of the data and trends for the various categories within the HNA.
• Regeneration.
• Social housing.
• Affordable private rented.
• Affordable owner occupied.
• Empty homes.
• Student accommodation.
• Supported housing.
• Travellers accommodation.
• Second homes.
