Housing Needs Assessment Content Requirements

The HNA will: • set the regional housing market context within which such specific housing needs exist; • highlight housing trends to provide a descriptive baseline and draw attention to any issues that are significant; • analyse housing trends and the factors that are driving the housing market and give an indication of the relative importance of those drivers; • assess the impacts of local housing needs on the wider housing market; and • identify the range of housing needs.
