Major RDS Themes on Housing
The Regional Development Strategy addresses three major themes relating to housing, including managing housing growth and distribution through specific supplementary planning guidance.
There are three major themes in the RDS that relate to housing: Managing housing growth and distribution (SPG-HOU 1 – SPG-HOU 3) In managing housing growth and its distribution, a balance has to be struck between the need to ensure that the strategic objectives are met, particularly in relation to the drive to promote more housing
