PPS 12 is subject to ongoing assessment under the European Convention on Human Rights through the Human Rights Act 1998 Article 2.
This PPS is also subject to ongoing assessment in relation to the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) through Article 2 of the Human Rights Act 1998. Preparation of this PPS has taken account of the requirements of the Convention.
