Land Improvement
Defines land improvement as the controlled deposition of inert waste to improve agricultural land, enable site reclamation or development preparation, or for landscaping purposes.
Land Improvement - the deposition of inert waste on land for the purposes of: (a) improving agricultural land, for example where steep gradients are reduced and the land re-graded with an adequate surface layer of topsoil; or (b) land reclamation for necessary development, or (c) preparing other land for necessary development, or (d) landscaping, screening or re-grading other land.
