Established Industrial or Business Enterprise Redevelopment
The Council may support redevelopment of established industrial or business enterprises to provide tourist, recreation, or community facilities.
The Council may also support proposals for the redevelopment of an established industrial or business enterprise to provide a suitable tourist, recreation or community facility.
