Landfill and Land Raising - Required Drawings and Documentation
Applications for landfill and land raising operations must be accompanied by detailed drawings showing cross-sections, fill depth, capping details, final contours, and restoration plans. Failure to submit complete information and detailed plans will likely result in planning permission refusal.
All applications for landfill and land raising operations should be accompanied by drawings illustrating typical cross-sections through the site and indicating depth of fill, capping details, final restoration contours, planting and other relevant details. Without the submission of all the required information and necessary detailed plans the Department is likely to refuse planning permission.
