Conversion and Reuse of Redundant Rural Buildings
The Council will support conversion and reuse of redundant non-residential rural buildings for employment use where the scale is appropriate to the countryside location and does not create unacceptable adverse impact on nearby properties.
The Council will support proposals for the conversion and reuse of a redundant non-residential rural building for an employment use where the nature and scale of the proposal is appropriate to its countryside location and does not result in any unacceptable adverse impact on the amenities of adjacent or nearby properties.
