Waste Management Facilities - Water Resources Requirement
Waste management facilities will only be permitted if they would not have an unacceptable impact on the quantity or quality of surface or groundwater resources.
Proposals for waste management facilities will only be permitted where they would not have an unacceptable impact on the quantity or quality of surface or groundwater resources.
