Individual Business Premises - Assessment Outside Employment Zones
Proposals for redevelopment of individual business premises not zoned for employment use will be assessed on their merits against other relevant LDP policies.
Proposals for the redevelopment of individual business premises that are not zoned for employment use will be assessed on their individual merits against other relevant policies of the LDP.
