Public Health Impact Assessment of Waste Management Facilities
The Department will seek guidance from the Environmental Health Department of the relevant District Council and Health and Social Services Board when assessing public health impacts of waste management facilities.
In assessing the public health impact of a waste management facility the Department will be guided by advice from the Environmental Health Department of the relevant District Council and, where appropriate, the relevant Health and Social Services Board.
