Local Employment Sites - Business Expansion and Redevelopment
The Council will support proposals for expanding businesses on Local Employment Sites or redeveloping them with modern employment facilities, provided they accord with other LDP policies.
The Council will support proposals for the expansion of businesses on Local Employment Sites (LES) or their redevelopment with more modern facilities for employment use where these accord with other relevant policies of the LDP.
