Basis for Waste Management Facility Proposals
Needs identified in Waste Management Plans provide the basis for District Councils and private operators to develop proposals for new waste management facilities.
The needs identified in the WMPs will provide the basis for the development of proposals by District Councils and private operators with respect to the nature, character and location of the new generation of waste management facilities.
