Northern Ireland Executive Telecommunications Strategy (2002-2005)
The Executive will work with the private sector to implement a telecommunications strategy ensuring all of Northern Ireland has world-class telecommunications infrastructure in terms of broadband capacity, access and cost.
During 2002-2005 the Executive, working with the private sector, will also continue to implement the telecommunications strategy that will ensure that all of Northern Ireland has a world class telecommunications infrastructure in terms of broadband capacity, access and cost.
