Employment Land Designation Beyond Town Centres
The Council will not designate employment lands in villages and rural areas beyond Metropolitan Newtownabbey and the Borough's towns, but will support proposals that meet relevant LDP planning policy.
Beyond Metropolitan Newtownabbey and our Borough's towns, the Council is not proposing to designate employment lands in the interests of flexibility; rather proposals in our villages and rural area will be supported where they meet relevant planning policy contained within this LDP.
