Fire Safety Records Content - Escape Routes and Evacuation
Records must include details of escape routes with occupant load and capacity calculations, disabled person evacuation provisions, escape strategy type (simultaneous or phased), and assembly and muster points.
all of the following -
i. escape routes (including occupant load and capacity of escape routes);
ii. any provision to enable the evacuation of disabled people;
iii. escape strategy (e.g. simultaneous or phased) and
iv. assembly and muster points.
