Amendment (35): Update Standard Reference from BS 5588-1 to BS 9991
Changes the referenced standard for smoke control from BS 5588-1 to BS 9991 in paragraph 2.34.
In paragraph 2.34, delete "BS 5588-1" and substitute – "BS 9991".
